Terms of Service
last updated 21.08.2026These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Crawlert — the index-monitoring service available at crawlert.com and app.crawlert.com (the “Service”). The Service is operated by FOP Ihnatusha V.V., a registered individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor) in Ukraine (“Crawlert”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Crawlert monitors the Google index status of URLs you add to your projects, using the official Google Search Console API, and notifies you about changes via email, Telegram or Slack. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We continuously improve the Service and may add, change or remove features.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
3. Your content and data access
You retain all rights to the URLs, domains and data you submit. By connecting a site you confirm that you are authorised to monitor it and to grant our service account read access to the corresponding Search Console property. We access Search Console data solely to provide the Service to you and never share it with third parties except the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to monitor sites you have no right to monitor; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service; (c) resell the Service without our written consent; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Plans, billing and payment processing
The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the subscription then remains active until the end of the paid period.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Prices may include VAT or sales tax collected by Paddle depending on your location.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is our property or the property of our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or source code.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Index data originates from Google and may be delayed, incomplete or changed by Google at any time; we do not guarantee its accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination your monitoring data is deleted according to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you reside. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the competent courts of Ukraine.
