The index leak you never see

01 · problem
01

Silent drops

Google removes pages from the index every day — and never sends you a notification. You find out weeks later, when the traffic chart already dipped.

02

Paid placements at risk

If you sell or buy guest posts, every de-indexed article is money burned. Clients ask "is my link still indexed?" — and you have no fast answer.

03

Manual checks don't scale

Checking site: operators by hand works for 10 URLs. It doesn't work for 10,000. Search Console shows the forest, not the trees.

1

Connect Search Console

Add our service account to your property — one email, permission level Full, done. No API keys to create, no OAuth maze. Revoke it anytime with one click.

2

Import your URLs

Sitemap, CSV, paste a list — or connect Collaborator and we'll pull every published placement automatically, then sync new ones daily.

3

Get diagnosed, not just alerted

We check every URL on a smart schedule, watch for drops, and tell you why a page fell out: crawled-not-indexed, noindex, canonical conflict, 404 — with a concrete next step.

Everything a portfolio needs

Official API data

Verdicts straight from Google's URL Inspection API. No scraping, no proxies, no guessing.

Cause diagnosis

Not "dropped", but "crawled — currently not indexed, weak internal linking. Here's what to do."

Digest alerts

One email or Telegram message per site: what dropped, what recovered. A bad day never floods your inbox.

Trends per project

Index coverage over time, drops per day, average time-to-index for new content.

Smart check scheduling

New and problem pages checked daily, stable archives weekly. Your quota goes where it matters.

CSV export & integrations

Collaborator import today, WordPress plugin and API on the roadmap.

A thermometer tells you it's bad. A doctor tells you why.

Your data, your control

We never store your keys. You grant access by adding our account in Search Console — and revoke it there in one click. Nothing to leak.
One API method, nothing else. Search Console only allows URL inspection for Full users, so that's the level we ask for — and inspection is the single method we ever call. We never submit sitemaps, request indexing or change a setting.
No grey-hat games. Crawlert monitors and diagnoses. We don't "force-index" pages — services that do are one Google update away from a ban.
EU-hosted. All data lives on servers in the European Union.

Built for people who own the sites

Publishers & site owners

You monetize with placements; every article must stay indexed. Crawlert watches all of them, every day.

SEO agencies

One dashboard for every client property, with an owner-friendly access flow when you're not the property owner yourself.

Portfolio operators

10, 20, 100 sites? Tiered checks and per-project trends keep the whole fleet visible.

Honest limits

Crawlert works with sites you have Search Console access to. Monitoring links on other people's sites isn't possible with the official API — and we don't fake it with scraping.

Questions we get

Do I need to own the site? You need Search Console access to the property (Owner adds our account — takes a minute). If you're an agency without Owner rights, we give you a ready-made email to send the site owner.
Is this allowed by Google? Yes. We use the official URL Inspection API within its documented quotas. No scraping, no automation of Google Search itself.
How fresh is the data? New and problem URLs are checked daily; stable pages every few days. Any URL can be re-checked manually at any moment.
What happens when a page drops? You get a digest (email or Telegram) listing everything that dropped, plus Google's stated reason and a recommended fix for each URL.
Can Crawlert get my pages indexed? No — and be careful with services that promise it. We diagnose the cause so you can fix it properly. That's the version that lasts.
How many URLs can I check per day? Google allows 2,000 inspections per property per day — far more than a daily cycle needs. Your plan's URL limit is the real ceiling.
Can I share a project with my team or a client? Yes, from Agency up. Invite people by email as viewers (dashboards and reports) or editors (can also add URLs and run manual checks). Agency includes 5 seats per project, Scale 10. Billing, settings and deletion stay with you.
Can I cancel anytime? Yes, in two clicks. Your data stays exportable for 30 days after cancellation.

Know the day a page drops — not the month after.
